Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We work with trusted carriers experienced in handling refrigerants, which are classified as hazardous materials and require special handling.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Times

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For orders exceeding a specified amount, free shipping may be available.
  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders may take between 7-21 business days, subject to customs and local regulations.
  • Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, regulatory inspections, or other factors beyond our control.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage or tampering.
  • Due to strict safety regulations, certain refrigerant products may be non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your specific item.

Return Window & Process

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of your refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this when initiating your return. Availability of a replacement item will be confirmed at that time.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
